It is a true winner for us.
  • Be careful of the online Weight Watchers program. It simply is not as good as the full programThe Weight Watcher’s Program comes in at a close second, though it is important to recognize this is the in-person Weight Watchers program. The online version of the program is okay, but it lacks the necessary support mechanisms to help you lose weight and keep it off through lifestyle changes and a matching support system.
  • The South Beach DietNarrowly coming in at third place is the South Beach Diet. They have great food along with a proven method of helping other people change their eating and exercise habits to transform people’s practicing lifestyle.
  • The best life diet and lifestyle programTaking last place in our Editor’s picks, but not anywhere near some of the worst diet plans out their, is the Bob Greene’s “The Best Life” diet program. It is a complete healthy lifestyle program geared at helping all people with eating healthy and exercising appropriately to obtain the best health possible for an individual.
