In order of best review to not as good, but still an editor’s pic:
- The Medifast diet in conjunction with Take Shape for Life or Simple2lose. Medifast, by itself cannot stand. However along with the Take Shape for Life and/or Simple2lose programs, this diet become a lifestyle training program that is far superior than any of the other programs we’ve reviewed. It is a true winner for us.
- The Weight Watcher’s Program comes in at a close second, though it is important to recognize this is the in-person Weight Watchers program. The online version of the program is okay, but it lacks the necessary support mechanisms to help you lose weight and keep it off through lifestyle changes and a matching support system.
